Beautiful necklace made with a reproduction of an ancient athenian coin. In greek mythology, the owl was a symbol of wisdom and prudence. And when goddess Athena, the goddess of wisdom, saw the creature for the first time, she was impressed by her big eyes and her solemn appearance, swiftly becoming her favorite bird and later an emblem of her.
The coin is welded to a hand-melted part giving each necklace a unique look. The nacklace is bathed in 1 micron of 24k gold or silver. The finish of the coin will be matt to highlight more the relief of the coin.
The lenght of the chain is 50 cm but can be adjusted to suit you, just drop me a message.
